We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding process, as well as assisting with employee scheduling and HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in HRIS systems, and have experience with employee evaluation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential candidates for open positions
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings, such as background checks and drug tests
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems, such as PeopleSoft or Kronos
- Generate reports on staffing metrics, such as turnover rates and time-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Assist with lead generation for new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, such as ADP, Taleo, or ATS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with employee evaluation processes is a plus
