Hot Runner Mold Repair Technician
An aerosol valve manufacturer is seeking a Hot Runner Mold Repair Technician for their team. You will change and maintain hot runner plastic injection molds at their Manchester, NH facility. Responsibilities of the Hot Runner Mold Repair Technician

• Change tools on assigned molds as required for scheduled product change
• Fit new/replacement tools
• Perform routine mold maintenance such as cleaning, stoning, repairing broken belts, and replacing worn or broken tooling and components
• Maintain complete working sets of tooling in inventory
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Hot Runner Mold Repair Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience with hot runner tools and mold repair
• Must be familiar with various hot runner controller and hot runner systems
• Must be able to read blueprints, electrical, and mechanical drawings
• Must possess own set of tools
