Join our team as a Director of Sales for our Enhanced Select Service hotel! We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in LNG markets, particularly in SWLA or Texas, providing a significant advantage. This role requires a proactive approach to cold calling, outreach, and implementing assertive outbound sales strategies.
As the Director of Sales, you will have direct oversight of sales and marketing operations, responsible for achieving optimal occupancy and ADR growth to maximize total revenue while meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives. Your duties will include overseeing the hotel sales department, managing budget forecasts, advertising, marketing, and business plans for our Select Service hotel. Additionally, you will coordinate all group, transient, and corporate sales solicitations and bookings to maximize overall revenue.
