• 10-15yrs expereince-preferred

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Training staff to follow procedures
• Organizing schedules
• Greet and register guests
• Inspect the grounds, public areas and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness
• Ensure company standards for housekeeping, decor and guest services are met
• Answer guest questions about hotel services and policies.
• Experience in event planning and coordination of events.
• Keep track of the hotel’s financials
• Interview, hire, train and terminate staff.
• Monitor staff performance, ensuring the hotel is running well and guests are satisfied
• Coordinate front-office and back-office activities.
• Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Set budgets and room rates, allocate funds, and approve expenditures for various departments
• Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain stability, dependability and professionalism when faced with changing and difficult situations
• Written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all levels within the organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
