We are looking for an Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, a passion for customer service, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The Assistant Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring the hotel is clean and safe, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Manage staff, including scheduling, training, and reviews.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the General Manager.
• Fill in for General Manager (GM) in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings, and provide accountability.
• Execute orders and supervise deliveries from various vendors.
• Compile and disseminate productivity reports.
• Providing customer support in escalated situations.
• Liaise between managers, customers, and employees.
• Inspect rooms and manage daily scheduling of the housekeeping team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Hotel management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
