· The Boutique Hotel Manager position is all about team support and customer service.
· The general manager is responsible for a very broad array of activities that are required to make sure that our 16-room hotel runs smoothly
· Core responsibilities include: 1) The support and management of the innkeeper and housekeeping staff; 2) Front desk customer service; 3) Back-Office administrative work; 4) Special projects; 5) Overnight on call support for guest emergencies and building maintenance issues during non-business hours; and 6) Anything else that is required to make sure that the hotel is running smoothly and we are creating a great guest and employee experience
· You would get plenty of training and support from the hotel owner and team
