As Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness are always maintained. You will be tasked with training staff, developing cleaning schedules, monitoring inventory, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests. You will be a key team member and have a direct influence on our company's reputation. We are counting on you to help us deliver the best possible housekeeping service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure quality standards are met

• Monitor housekeeping staff performance, provide guidance and feedback, and take corrective action when needed

• Create and implement standards and procedures for housekeeping staff

• Monitor and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department

• Ensure that all housekeeping staff adhere to safety and security regulations

• Develop and maintain housekeeping budgets and control costs

• Plan and coordinate the scheduling of housekeeping staff

• Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and order

• Ensure that all supplies and equipment are in good working condition

• Respond to guest complaints and ensure that they are adequately addressed

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the housekeeping needs are met

• Monitor inventory and purchase new supplies as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role

• Thorough knowledge of housekeeping department processes

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Attention to detail

• Problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Will be required to work Fridays and either Saturday or Sunday

• Pay Range $24 - $28
