Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our establishment. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained. Responsibilities: - Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance - Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas of the hotel are cleaned regularly - Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met - Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition - Oversee laundry operations, including maintaining linen inventory and coordinating with outside vendors if necessary - Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for staff - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management Requirements: - Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting - Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial practices - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels - Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus As an Executive Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our establishment.
