Housekeeping Manager manages the daily operations of a housekeeping services department to ensure offices, patient/guest rooms, facilities and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services
- Maintain records and prepare reports on department performance

- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is required
- Knowledge of floor care, custodial, and industrial cleaning techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
