Housekeeping Supervisor jobs in Sparks, NV

Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee hotel guestroom attendants cleaning of lodge rooms, private homes and common areas according to Sugar Bowl standards, providing the highest level of service to all our guests. Strong focus is placed on attention to detail and quality of service as we strive to surpass all our guests’ needs and expectations. While maintaining a professional image you will be required to identify, show sensitivity and respond to all our guests needs safely and promptly to ensure complete satisfaction to all our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:           

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have the ability to work as part of a dynamic quality-driven team
• Must be detail orientated
• Must display high levels of energy
• Must be able to do shift work, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to push, stoop, stand, bend and lift items weighing 30 pounds repetitively during the entire shift
• Must be able to walk in a snow bound village environment

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Oversee the team of guest room attendants daily chores
• Daily maintenance of towel, linen and amenity inventories
• Scheduling, training, disciplining, motivating, ordering, repair request and other duties as requested

Pay $22/hour - $29/hour dependent on experience.
