    Overview:

    As an On-Site HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within our organization. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR operations and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our HR processes.

    Requirements:

    • 3 years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.
    • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-oriented mindset.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
    • Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
    • Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and professional assistance on HR-related matters.
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee events, training, and other HR programs.
    • Support performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and assisting with employee development plans.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects.
    • Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
