This position assists in the implementation and coordination of HR policies and procedures, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, and other administrative tasks.Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training programs.Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.Provide support for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Process payroll and benefits administration tasks, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.Coordinate employee recognition programs and events.Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed.Handle general HR inquiries from employees and managers.Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.
