What you’ll do- Establish and maintain trust with patients
- Explain treatment options and their benefits, answer questions, and address concerns
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA requirements
- Serve as liaison between doctors, patients, and insurance companies
- Assist the front office with other daily tasks as needed
What we’re looking for- At least 1 year of orthodontic experience (front or back office) is required
- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
- A positive and persuasive personality, great organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task are strongly desired
