    What you’ll do
    • Establish and maintain trust with patients
    • Explain treatment options and their benefits, answer questions, and address concerns
    • Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA requirements
    • Serve as liaison between doctors, patients, and insurance companies
    • Assist the front office with other daily tasks as needed

    What we’re looking for
    • At least 1 year of orthodontic experience (front or back office) is required
    • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
    • A positive and persuasive personality, great organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task are strongly desired
