Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the marketing team by coordinating and executing various marketing activities. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the marketing strategy, and promoting the organization's brand in a positive and effective manner.

- Compensation: Annual salary $55,000.00.

Requirements:
Essential Functions:
Marketing:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Contribute to the development of marketing content, including some copywriting and graphic design.
- Provide support for virtual and in-person events and sponsored activations, both in planning and onsite coordination.
- Respond to and process all incoming marketing requests
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics.
- At the direction of and in consultation with leadership, coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless collaboration on creative design projects.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and managing the marketing shared folder.
Social Media:
- Assist in creating and maintaining a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Publish 1-2 posts per week across all social accounts.
- Develop branded content that is aligned with the social strategy.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
- Escalate all service-related issues to the Client Experience Manager and respond according to the direction given.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure social media performance.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, and image across all social media platforms, and ensure that all content aligns with the brand's values and messaging.
Qualifications or Competency:
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy; must be able to work with minimal direct supervision of daily activities.
- General understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and event planning.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for collaborative projects.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Requires critical thinking, group facilitation, and teamwork that helps achieve assigned goals and targets.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools/software including CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Supervisor Responsibilities:

Work Environment:

Position Type:
- This is a full-time salaried position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Additional days or hours outside of the core schedule may be required.
Core Business Hours:
- This is a full-time position based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Working hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Travel:
- Travel for offsite training or meetings may be required and is estimated to be less than 5%.
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role.
