- Robert Half is looking for a true logistics coordinator that is contract to hire. Our client is provides an online tool that gives quote for packaging and shipping items- picked up items/pack and ship out. This is a Monday - Friday 8-5 position that is 100% in office. This role is hourly to start and will offer monthly bonus upon performance. Duties and tasks are below:- Watching for new orders coming in - staying on top of communication -sending labels- overseeing whole process- Struggling with volume today and they want to expand to 10X volume by end of year- Scheduling pick up and drop off - creating labels- Data entry- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Background or ability to be a quick study in logisticso Book freight, schedule pickups, create Bill of Lading and labels with knowledge of tariffso International shipping; export declarations, commercial invoiceso Ability to understand and negotiate pricing needs with providers, and give quotes to customers- Strong Excel / data skillso Demonstrated background in data ETL and presentation using Excel and advanced toolso Produce reports such as sending a list of orders to fulfill to a providero Receiving incoming data like emails with packed item sizes or a pdf invoice statement and convert to excelIf you are interested in this Logistics Coordinator position with Robert Half, please call us today at 303-694-9700!
