Description:
As Renewal Coordinator, you will be responsible for upholding GBS Benefits exceptional reputation, delivering extraordinary customer experience and driving operational excellence. Renewal Coordinators are required to execute and deliver on metrics and objectives as outlined by their manager. This is a full-time office position that works closely with one of our broker teams performing tasks as an executive assistant. You will be performing a high level of administrative work that is essential to the care of our clients.
