Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in various HR functions and possess outstanding management abilities.

Duties:

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations such as FMLA.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee performance management processes to enhance employee productivity.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance.
- Manage talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop employees.
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate compensation and benefits administration.

Skills:

- Proven experience in human resources management roles.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Dayforce or Ceridian.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in contract negotiation and administration.
