    As an HR Business Partner at Sapp Bros., you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's success. We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual who will partner with our business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support. You will have the opportunity to foster a culture that not only values our core principles but also champions growth, compliance, and excellence.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on a wide range of HR issues. Including but not limited to, Employee Relations, FMLA, Training, Development, and Unemployment.
    • Champion our values of humility, hunger, and passion for development, teaching, training, and compliance.
    • Drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, development, and retention.
    • Collaborate, develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and compliance awareness.
    • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR regulations.
    • Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
    • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
    • Collaborate with the broader HR team to support company-wide initiatives.
