HR Data Supervisor supervises HR data team activities. Ensures data program is consistent with organizational policy and legislation. Being a HR Data Supervisor reviews and verifies employee information is accurate within the human resources information system (HRIS). Assesses employee statistics and data findings. Additionally, HR Data Supervisor assists in planning, developing and suggesting human resource management decisions and new processes to address staffing, productivity and training needs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a Manager. The HR Data Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.
