HR Data Supervisor supervises the deployment and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Supervisor delivers scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Oversees employee data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations and that required reporting and filings are delivered. Additionally, HR Data Supervisor evaluates, selects, and manages HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HR Data Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Overview:

    As an On-Site HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within our organization. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR operations and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our HR processes.

    Requirements:

    • 3 years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.
    • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-oriented mindset.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
    • Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
    • Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and professional assistance on HR-related matters.
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee events, training, and other HR programs.
    • Support performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and assisting with employee development plans.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects.
    • Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
