Duties Include:  

Evaluate and monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and conducting regular performance reviews.


Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data entry standards.


Oversee and manage a team of data entry specialists, providing training, guidance, and support as needed.


Collaborate with other departments, such as IT or Operations, to address any technical issues or system enhancements related to data entry processes.


Maintain and update data entry documentation, procedures, and training materials.


Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.



Identify and resolve any data quality issues or errors, working closely with the team to implement corrective actions.


Develop and implement efficient data entry processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.




Required Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
    Proven experience in data entry or related roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity.
    Strong knowledge of data entry processes and best practices.
    Familiarity with data entry software systems and tools.
    Proficiency in using spreadsheet and database software.
    Understanding of data confidentiality principles and compliance regulations.
    Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
