Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computerized systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting and organizing data from various sources
- Typing and entering data accurately into databases
- Performing basic mathematical calculations as needed
- Transcribing information from paper documents into digital formats
- Ensuring data is entered in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Verifying the accuracy of entered data by comparing it to source documents
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data
- Assisting with the creation of reports, charts, and pivot tables as requested

Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic mathematical skills for performing calculations
- Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with databases and computerized systems is a plus
