HR Data Supervisor supervises the deployment and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Supervisor delivers scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Oversees employee data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations and that required reporting and filings are delivered. Additionally, HR Data Supervisor evaluates, selects, and manages HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HR Data Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. - As Inventory Systems Manager, you'll oversee the JDA Purchasing system for our Demand Planning team, ensuring our 40,000 item inventory is efficiently managed and readily available for our customers.
- Experience in BY/JDA Purchasing & Inventory Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Expertise in Bluey Yonder/JDA purchasing system: JDA D/F Demand, Fulfillment & (IO) Order Optimization functions.
- 7 years demand / supply planning within a distribution environment or exceptional subject matter expertise.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and propose Blue Yonder/JDA process and system improvements.
- Update and maintain key network parameters to ensure the JDA system provides quality results.
- Work with business and IT partners to provide system support & ensure JDA is functioning optimally.
- Develop, deliver and certify system training while reviewing buyer and planner performance to ensure adherence to business standards.
- Work with Purchasing Systems Analysts to create JDA-related audits, reports, queries and dashboards.
