Job Summary:
Performs a variety of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) data maintenance functions including new hires, personnel status changes, transfers, terminations, reporting relationships, etc. Review, audit, monitor, and troubleshoot data for integrity within HRIS and peripheral systems and resolve discrepancies. Provide ad-hoc reporting from HRIS data. Assist with system testing, upgrades and process improvement projects. Maintain data imports and user accounts in peripheral systems. Maintain employee electronic personnel files. Provide support, as requested, for other HR teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field is preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year experience working directly with data entry. 2 years HRIS systems experience strongly preferred
Licensure/Certification: HR Certification within 1 year of hire, preferred

Knowledge/Skills: Proficient in high volume data entry. Strong problem solving, organizational, analytical and communication skills (verbal and written) required. Excellent attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
