Position Summary:
AN OPERATIONS ANALYST IS CRUCIAL IN OPTIMIZING A BUSINESS'S OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS. THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXAMINING DATA FROM VARIOUS SOURCES AND EMPLOYING VISUALIZATION TOOLS TO CREATE A COMPREHENSIVE OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY'S PERFORMANCE. THIS ROLE ENSURES THE ACCURACY AND ADEQUACY OF REPORTING BY LEVERAGING BUSINESS INSIGHTS AND DATA ANALYSIS SKILLS. BY DEVELOPING METRICS AND ANALYTICAL TOOLS, THE OPERATIONS ANALYST ENHANCES OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY AND PROVIDES CRUCIAL INSIGHTS TO AID MANAGEMENT IN DECISION-MAKING, POLICY DEVELOPMENT, GROWTH MANAGEMENT, AND ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Tigua or client site facility.
If this position is listed as onsite, you’ll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
