Working within the Human Resources organization of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, the Human Resources Strategic Partner (HRSP) works in collaboration with Directorate leadership teams and holds a key position at the intersection of HR and strategic business initiatives. The primary responsibility for the Human Resource Strategic Partner is people and workforce development and planning, organization and change leadership, and performance management. HRSPs must have a well-rounded HR background possessing a diverse set of skills and experiences across various HR domains, as you will collaborate closely with other HR functions to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to the needs of the Directorates you support to ensure alignment and synergy in delivering HR services that drive organizational success. This position will have the flexibility to be hybrid with ~60% on-site in Richland, WA.

Starting pay is calculated from the minimum of the pay range and actual placement in the range is determined based on an individual’s relevant job-related skills, qualifications, and experience.
