We are looking to add an experienced HR Representative to our team.  The HR Representative is the first point of contact with new hires and represents Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Physician Partners (TMHPP).

As an HR Representative you will handle the pre-employment experience for new colleagues to physicians.  This role will handle the full cycle of HR onboarding from Recruitment to New Hire Orientation.  

Recruitment

• Utilizes electronic e-recruiting system for applicant tracking and requisition management.
• Offers assistance to colleagues and managers in using the system.
• Participates in departmental meeting and improvement initiatives.
• Assist in application screening, recruitment mail outs

Hiring Process

• Extends job offers to internal and external candidates at hiring managers request.
• Salary and incentive offers are accurate as outlined in HR policies and procedures.
• Uses sound judgment in offers requiring negotiation.
• Completely communicates and/or prepares a new or transferring colleague in the post offer hiring process.
• Facilitates the documentation of new hire and transfer process.
• Generate the employment documents required for the completion of an employee file in compliance with all regulatory requirements and according to TMH HR Policies and Procedures
• Conduct intake interviews with new colleagues to complete new hire documents, begin background clearance checks, and prepare them to attend New Colleague Orientation
• Submits in a timely fashion, new hire documents to be entered into Lawson
• Responsible for ensuring and improving the accuracy of data 
• Create, maintain, and track meaningful metrics specific to all pre-employment activities

Other HR duties

• Assist HR Generalist with new hire orientation 
• Benefits related inquiries
• Verifications of employment
• Work with payroll deprtment to ensure direct deposit information is provided
• Additional projects as needed

Required Education:

Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Experience:

Minimum: Two (2) years of Human Resource experience; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Lawson, Infor, and ICIMS.
