Job DescriptionProvide superlative service and support to customers via the phone, including: Assisting customers with various inquiries in a timely manner and with a high degree of professionalismResearching and resolving customer issuesInputting customer information into client systemsManaging transactions and changes to accountsOffering solutions that optimize the customer experience and retain their business Spherion offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
