HR Service Center Representative jobs in Lincoln, NE

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Enter and update customer information in the database accurately
- Analyze customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with bilingual customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Upselling skills to promote additional products or services
- Bilingual proficiency for effective communication with customers who speak different languages
- Comfortable making outbound calls to customers
