Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Cutomer Service Representative will also assist with the front and back office as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Conduct outbound calls to ensure patient satisfaction as needed

- Enter patient health information in the system

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality patient care

- Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling patient interactions and effectively addressing patient inquiries

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service and medical assisting is required

- Fluent in English (Written and Verbal)

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus

- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications (eCW is preferred)
