Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative / Customer Service for our distributorship serving the swimming pool, spa, and water industries, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and emails from customers within the swimming pool, spa, and water industries, providing timely and accurate information regarding product inquiries, availability, pricing, and order status.
Take orders from customers over the phone, accurately enter order details into the system, and coordinate with the warehouse for order fulfillment and shipping. Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to achieve a satisfactory resolution while maintaining a positive rapport with the customer.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or the equivalent.
Proficient data entry skills.
Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
