The HR Supervisor ensures human resources strategies align with organizational business goals. Develops and administers human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, immigration, employee relations, training, and health and safety. Being a HR Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Supervises human resources processes to ensure efficient operations for the organization. In addition, HR Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
