The HRIS Administrative Assistant will be primarily responsible for data entry, data validation, and customer support of our HR and Payroll (HRIS) system, processing information for new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, time sheets, rate changes, and retroactive adjustments.
- Performs data entry, data validation, and customer support of HR and Payroll (HRIS) system, processing information for new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, time sheets, rate changes, and retroactive adjustments.
- Completes accurate data entry and data validation in HR/Payroll System.
- Responds to supervisor and employee inquiries in a timely manner with excellent customer service.
- Assists remote users, including video, phone, and email/ticket support as needed
- Answers and troubleshoots HR/Timekeeping help desk tickets and escalates as necessary.
- Identifies, tracks, and documents system issues, training concerns, and process improvement opportunities.
- Documents policies/procedures and training materials related to HR/Payroll applications.
- Additional projects/assignments as necessary and appropriate.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
2-5 years of data entry and validation experience.
Extremely detail-oriented with attention to accuracy.
Must acquire and maintain required knowledge of UKG Workforce Dimensions and other BHN software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Methodical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment, and work to tight and changing deadlines.
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience. Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
Kronos Workforce Dimensions/Kronos experience is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus, but not required.
