This is a full-time position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This is a hybrid position and may require some onsite work, this can be discussed during the interview process.

We are seeking a HRIS Analyst to:
- Partners with HRIS, HR functions and cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and translate business needs into tactical system implementation plans, including project prioritization, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Leverage Oracle’s HCM Cloud solution to meet workforce requirements by crafting opportunities for automation, reduction of manual processes, and simple processes that help drive accuracy and completeness
- Industry best practice experience with HR digital transformation includes fostering new ways of working, closing knowledge gaps, increasing employee/user engagement, and solving business problems in new ways.
- Strong ability to think through and drive change from an end user perspective.
- Partners with HRIS in testing cycles and helps to drive the user acceptance criteria for Oracle HCM
- Collaborate with project team, HR leadership and subject matter advisors to align key project decisions
- Assist key stakeholders with data analysis, data validations, and data extracts

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT (or equivalent work experience) Required
Work Experience
- 1 year of work experience in SQL query writing, data interpretation, and report creation to include working with subject matter experts to identify functional requirements and translating those in conjunction with ITS into clear and actionable technical specifications Required
- Experience working with Oracle Cloud, Agility, other HRMS systems Preferred
