    You will be responsible for analyzing and leading foundational components within the scope of the HRMS, this position is accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services, and data to users throughout the organization

    Responsibilities

    • Managing team of 3
    • Coach and mentor team members, actively develop expertise
    • Guide the team through transition from on-premises to cloud
    • Identify new HR/business needs and solutions, with a focus on data and analytics; improves knowledge in best practices and new technologies for use with HR business goals and objectives
    • Optimize HRIS Systems to meet business requirements, creating opportunities for Simplification and automations of manual process to drive accuracy and compliance.
    • Provide HR technology expertise and recommendations that are compliant and meets HR business needs
    • Maintain awareness of HRIS trends and recommend new and innovative trends to business
    • Drives innovation and process improvement to support short and long-term organizational goals and business needs
    • Provides relevant trouble shooting and production support on HR systems related to the associate information, foundational tables, security, source to gross pay calculations, time and attendance, Absence Management and Labor Workforce Maintenance with regards to HR, gross pay and labor requirements;
    • Monitors HR systems performance and researches and resolves issues, partnering with IS&T and relevant functional areas;
    • Leads projects and tasks; ensures that team analyzes business requirements and interprets business needs into technical solutions; develops and maintains consistent and accurate documentation of system projects; executes testing; provides support pre and post go live.
    • Leads the testing and implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, developments, maintenance projects or rollout of new features;
    • Acts as HRMS subject-matter expert for the Foot Locker Organization, ensuring consistency and maximizing efficiencies across all countries;
    • Reviews data for accuracy, completeness and adherence to HR policies and works with functional areas to educate and correct integrity issues;

    Qualifications

    • Ideally, degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
    • 5 yrs Hands-on relevant experience in HR/Payroll/Workforce Management/Labor Relations function or HR/Payroll systems configuration is mandatory
    • Experience as a people manager
    • Experience within an international company is a plus
    • Experience in change management
    • Fluent in English
    • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
    • Willingness to be flexible, agile and adaptable to change to allow adjusting quickly to changing needs and priorities
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
    • Ability to prioritize and manage one’s own work as well as to lead a Team in Matrix organization
    • Strong analytical, mathematical and reasoning skills to collect and interpret data
    • Ability to diagnose problems
    • Accountability and ownership
    • Curiosity to keep on learning and developing
    • High competence in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems preferred;

    Benefits

    The annual base salary range is $80000 - $100000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
