Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
7-8 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years of HRIS/Workday experience (including Workday Reporting using Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reporting & Workday Business Process Framework)
Knowledge of and/or experience with Workday Studio systems, Workday Reporting using Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reporting, XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations) Language Coding, Workday Business Process Framework, Workday Configurable Security and Business Object, and Workday Application Configuration
Ability to work and coordinate with cross-functional teams on data-related inquiries
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience of integrating Workday with ATS applications such as Lever
Workday certification(s) a huge plus
