Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care in accordance with established protocols and best practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in all interactions with patients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Possess or eligible to obtain licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Idaho.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing.

Nice to have:

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)

Hours:

12-hour shifts: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm - 7:00 am.

Shifts Differentials:

Evening Shift (3:00 pm 11:30 pm) = 8%

Night Shift (11:00 pm 7:30 am) = 11%

No Weekend Differential

Streamline Interview Process:

1. Initial review and screening by Talent Acquisition Partner.

2. Teams/telephone interview scheduled with Department Director, Manager, and team.

3. Onsite interview requirement determined after initial screening.

4. If applicable, a potential offer will be presented post onsite interview, with travel arrangements made for the candidate.
