Payroll Assistant - Human Resources

This position is responsible for a broad range of payroll tasks including, but not limited to, the timely, efficient, and accurate processing of weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, employee payroll record and file maintenance.

Compensation: Up to $22/hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assistant in preparing and processing bi-weekly payroll, weekly, for multiple states.
• Audit time and attendance systems for integrity.
• Perform month end, quarter end, and year and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience, including Human Resources or payroll preferred, but not required.  
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
• High School diploma or equivalent education required.
