We are looking for a dynamic individual that has the potential to grow into leading a cohesive HR organization across a multi-plant enterprise. After being acclimated to being a member of the executive staff, you will focus on organizational development, talent, and implementing policy and programs to support the company’s strategic imperatives. You will then be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. An HR Director must be a professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments. You should be able to manage programs and lead staff and must possess a strong drive to complete projects and meet goals. The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.

What you will do:
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
- Collaborates with senior management on companywide organizational development
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
- Benchmark HR programs and develop best practices
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, health and wellness, safety etc.
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance and development
- Oversee employment relations including anticipating and resolving litigation risks
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Any other duties assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly or indirectly supervises Human Resources Department.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

- Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or HR Manager
- Broad knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
- Understanding of manufacturing process and principles
- Demonstrated ability to serve on the executive management team
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality and high ethical standards
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or relevant field required; relevant master’s degree will be a plus.
- Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications a plus.

- Ability to work in an office environment
- Exposure to Manufacturing environments
- Must be able and willing to travel to all company locations
