Coordinates activities of Human Resources in reviewing and maintaining benefits related data within the Banner system. Develops criteria for and refines reports and edits to ensure data integrity. Works monthly, quarterly, and annual benefits projects. Works closely at times with Benefits, Payroll, other departments, and the A&M institutions This position is included in a career development plan which provides additional promotional and developmental opportunities.
There will be sporadic periods of time with intense keyboard activity needed included but not limited to option and open enrollment periods.

Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED
Two years customer service experience.
Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience.
Critical thinking skills and ability to work under general supervision on complex tasks.
Must be detail oriented with proficiency in basic Excel skills.
Must be able to accurately perform calculations using basic mathematics.
Excellent people skills required with proven ability to work in a close team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School/GED
Four years experience OR bachelors degree and two years experience.
Two years experience in University Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll or Accounting.
Knowledge of Banner, EPAF's and other OSU systems.
