Human Resources Advisor jobs in Bethlehem, PA

Responsibilities:

Must have experience

• Must be well organized
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be self-motivating and capable of functioning independently
• Must be willing to travel to the other Manor of the Valley facilities
• Prepare and maintain personnel files
• Conduct recruiting, screening, orientation for new hires
• Assist with Department heads to assure compliance with the Assisted Living Regulations 2800 and Personal Care Regulations 2600
• Assist with annual training's
• Completed PA state police criminal background checks and assist with submitting FBI criminal background for all new hires.
• Manage Workers Compensation Claims
• Manage employee health benefits
• Input and maintain payroll information in the payroll data base as necessary
• Maintain communication with administration and department heads
• Consult with administration on strategic planning, and link a company's management with its employees
• Assist with employee relations
• Manage unemployment compensation

Hours per week:

• 30-39
