Payroll and Human Resources Specialist
  • RealSource Properties

    • Primary responsibilities:

      • Process bi-weekly payroll for all properties in the RealSource portfolio.
      • Process semi-monthly payroll for the Corporate Office.
      • Update payroll records and exemptions as needed.
      • Set up garnishment orders.
      • Pre-hire background processing.
      • New hire onboarding.
      • Benefits enrollment.
      • Maintains employee confidentiality
      • Support Community Managers with payroll procedures
      • Preference given to those with Kronos experience
      • Attention to detail
    • Requirements

      • Previous experience as a Payroll Specialist or Professional Payroll Certification
      • Strong computer skills; including knowledge in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and the ability to learn new software easily.
      • Experience with Kronos-UKG.
      • Knowledge of garnishment processes.
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
      • Ability to multitask and self-motivate in a fast paced work environment.
      • Attention to detail
