- Hire and onboard new employees including sending offer letters, sending for drug tests, background checks, contacting references, prior employers.
- Creates and manages all employee logins within the BRC systems used
- Oversees HR systems and operations including payroll system, benefits, and staffing
- Handles employee relations, compensation, benefits, health, and safety.
- Ensures compliance within Massachusetts state laws

- Handles all grievance forms, disciplinary action forms, and policy enforcement documentation.
- Consistently communicates with executives and management regarding HR personnel files.
- Organizes evaluations and trainings to provide to supervisors for their employees based on hire dates.
- Reporting, documenting, and auditing- Staff surveys, flu declinations, employment agreements, CEU trainings, competencies, health files, etcetera.
- Conducts exit interviews with employees separating from the company.
- Adhere to Code of Ethics.
- Being sensitive to Cultural issues of all employees
- Performs other duties as assigned.
