We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by handling various administrative tasks related to orientation, training, assisting with recruiting, and filing. Your efficient management of these responsibilities will contribute to the smooth functioning of our HR operations and ensure a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Orientation:
· Coordinate and assist with new employee orientation programs.
· Prepare orientation materials and presentations.
· Greet and onboard new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
· Provide general information and answer questions regarding company policies and procedures.
· Ensure completion of required documentation, such as employment forms and confidentiality agreements.
Training:
· Organizing and Coordinating training sessions and workshops.
· Schedule training programs and communicate details to employees.
· Maintain training records and update employee training profiles.
· Coordinate training logistics.
Scanning/Filing:
· Scan, organize, and maintain employee records and documents in electronic formats.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of scanned documents.
· Manage the ADP filing system for easy retrieval and tracking of documents.
· Assist in digitizing and transitioning from paper-based to electronic record-keeping systems.
· Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive HR information.
· Regularly audit files to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
· Retrieve files upon request and provide necessary information or documents as needed.
HR Policies and Procedures:
· Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
· Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
· Support the HR team in promoting employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture.
· Help ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
