Description
As the HRBP Manager, you will provide leadership to a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring that all HR programs and procedures are aligned with the business's goals and values and executed appropriately. Collaborates with business leaders, to guide HR strategies and provide tactical support to develop and retain talent in the business.
You will oversee the work of a team that partners with HR COE's and provides consultative guidance to managers and employees on issues related to benefits, compensation, payroll, organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, and or performance management. Ensuring that policies applied by each business segment are consistent and comply with policies and procedures as established by the organization. In this role, you will be report directly to General Counsel (Legal).

Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to communicate and implement HR programs that support business goals and desired results.
- Lead change management and implement HR programs and initiatives for business segments, with support from functional leaders.
- Effectively communicate HR initiatives, policies, and changes effectively to all levels of the organization.
- Partner with leaders and Talent Acquisition COE to ensure effective headcount planning and staffing needs are met, while supporting diversity, recruiting and retention programs.
- Lead administration of all applicable collective bargaining agreements across the organization, with the support of outside legal counsel, as needed.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with union business agents, support the collective bargaining process and participate as company representative during contract negotiations.
- Conduct investigations, process grievances and provide leadership to the HRBP team in these processes.
- Provide guidance and input on departmental restructures, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Coaches and influences business leaders at all levels of the organization, empowering them to become effective managers.
- Partner with compensation COE to provide accurate recommendations for compensation decisions across the business and in alignment with compensation programs.
- Lead the development and delivery of the annual performance management process,
- Maintain data integrity thru regular audits of employee data and maintenance of necessary transactions in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) (Paycom), for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Lead, coach and develop HRBP's. fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Stay informed of developments in employment practices, including local, state and federal employment law. Apply knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of team members.
- Address HR related inquiries from all levels of team members across the organization.
- Provide direct HRBP support to assigned business groups.
- Lead and support special projects as assigned.
- Fully remote role with the ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in an HR related education preferred, Graduate degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years as an HR Generalist or HRBP
- Preferred 3 years of previous management experience as an HRBP Manager or Team Leader
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR Certification preferred
- Union experience highly preferred
