Human Resources Director plans and oversees human resources functional operations, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, safety, and compliance. Administers human resources programs and policies to reflect the organization's mission and values, support company goals, achieve objectives, and positively engage the workforce. Being a Human Resources Director maintains broad and current subject matter knowledge and expertise in federal and state employment laws to advise leadership with solutions for human resources issues and evolving organizational needs. Implements an HRIS or other system to facilitate processes and provide data and reporting on HR activity. Additionally, Human Resources Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Human Resources Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Human Resources Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Responsibilities/Duties:
    Leadership and Staff Oversight:
    • Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff including Clinicians, Clinical Coordinators, Clinical Managers within the service line.
    Quality Assurance:
    • Assess current clinical programming and practice as it relates to services in specialized area.  
    • Ensure that services are provided in accordance with local, state, federal, and industry standards that maintains high standards of quality and integrity with RHD’s commitment to excellence.  
    Clinical Development:
    • Identify clinical trends in specialized area and collaborate with Service Line leadership to design and implement EBP/BP initiatives where appropriate.  
    • Assist in the development, implementation and review of education and training plans related to specialized service including the development of training curriculum and materials.  
    • Focus on creating a therapeutic environment that supports the individuals served and centers on harm and risk reduction. 
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Experience:
    • Seven to ten years of clinical experience with individuals in need of specialized services.
    • 3-5 years clinical supervision experience required.

    Required Education:
    • Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, or human services field required.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, or human services field required.
    • LCSW, LISW, LCPC, LPCC, LCMHC or LMHP licensure required.
    • Strong knowledge of DSM-V.

    Program Summary:
    The Alternative Dispatch Crisis Team is a multidisciplinary mobile crisis outreach team that will be integrated directly with the 911 emergency response system to provide a rapid, mobile and telephonic responses to meet those in a behavioral health or social needs crisis face-to-face in the community.
