Millennium Dental Technologies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Office Administrator to complete in-person work at their office location in Cerritos, CA.
TFG Benefits will be conducting initial in-person meetings in Newport Beach, CA.
Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will coordinate Human Resource activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
· Assist with the preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, maintaining files, termination, and other related duties.
· Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
· Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
· Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
· Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management.
· Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
· Maintains office supplies inventory.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

· Medium understanding of Human Resources duties.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Ability to maintain confidential information.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred.
· Minimum two (2) years Human Resource experience.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
