Human Resources Generalist jobs in Stamford, CT

We are seeking a temporary (2-month assignment) HR Generalist to join a growing non-profit in Greenwich, CT! This site is a 6-minute walk from the Greenwich train station, so easily commutable around the NYC/CT area.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the Organization.
• Effectively maximize ADP Workforce Now system to enter, obtain, store and analyze pertinent data and information.
• Complete benefits administration tasks, including supporting open enrollment, FMLA, workers compensation, and benefits monthly invoices from carriers
• Maintain Job Postings in ADP and external sites.
• Other duties as assigned such as offboarding, compliance audits, and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Previous hands-on experience in HR, at least 4 years
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office is preferred
• SHRM or HRCI certified preferred
