Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:
- Subject matter expert for value chain of HR related initiatives and processes related to factory and employees.
- Support organizational development consulting and project management.
- Redirect processing operational administration, transactions, and daily employee interactions to People Services Center.
- Partner with factory leadership with consulting, project planning, implementation, coaching, and people development.
- Consult with HR and factory leadership to identify key areas of focus for the site through needs analysis.
- Partners with Corporate Communications to ensure sites and business areas are up to date with latest communication.
- Promote talent management tools, training, and processes including performance management, development planning, talent, and succession planning.
- Provide coaching and counsel to leaders and employees on HR programs, policy, and procedures.
- Facilitate conflict resolution, change management, diversity, and inclusion to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
- Collaborate with factory leaders and Talent Management to develop workforce and succession plans.
- Assist with coordinating compensation cycle, salary administration programs, and annual performance management processes.
- Follow-up on People Services Center escalations for more complex issues related to the site.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to maintain sufficient numbers of new hires to meet production needs.
- Administer weekly and bi-weekly payroll for the Sumter site (approx. 400 emp’s).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- 7 years of previous HR management experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Experienced with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email, Calendar, and work-related computer software applications.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in HR systems.
- Preferred experience with Kronos payroll system.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time to other sites.
- Comprehensive communication skills in the English language electronically, verbally, and written.

Pay $68000 to $82000 per year
