HVAC Supervisor jobs in Georgia
HVAC Supervisor supervises and coordinates the operations, maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Oversees the installation of new units and replacement parts and ensures work is completed according to company, product, or engineering specifications and established safety guidelines. Being an HVAC Supervisor conducts quality testing and inspections. May authorize equipment, supplies, parts, or repairs purchases. Additionally, HVAC Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Requires an HVAC Mechanical State License and EPA Section 608 Certification (CFC). Typically reports to a manager. The HVAC Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HVAC Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Title: Residential HVAC Service TechnicianPay Range: Up To $35.00 HR/ Depending on Experience Incentives

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2 years of HVAC Service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Experience making repair and /replacement Installation decisions
- Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to lift and carry 50lbs
- Professional appearance and hygiene
